摘　　要：本次新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona virus disease 2019, COVID-19)已经发展成威胁人类健康的公共卫生事件,对于这一特殊时期的心理睡眠健康维护是疫情防控中的重要工作。根据此次疫情心理睡眠干预工作的特点,武汉市第一医院联合重庆医科大学附属第一医院等单位成立的"睡眠心理干预工作组"及"阳光医院"模式在疫情期间医患心理睡眠干预工作方面进行了积极有效的探索,对疫情期间的心理睡眠干预工作体系的建设具有重要意义。The novel coronavirus pneumonia(corona virus disease 2019, COVID-19) has been developed into a public health event threatening human health. It is an important work in the prevention and control of the pandemic during the special period of psychological sleep. According to the characteristics of psychological sleep intervention in the pandemic, the "sleep psychological intervention working group"and "Sunshine Hospital"model established by the first hospital of Wuhan in combination with the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and other units have actively and effectively explored the psychological sleep intervention of doctors and patients during the pandemic. It is of great significance to the construction of psychological sleep intervention system during the pandemic period.
