摘　　要：车牌智能识别属于高速公路收费系统的重要组成部分,借助这个系统可对通行费用进行合理拆分,可以提供更加优质的服务,而且可以增强高速公路的信息化建设水平。本文详细阐述了车牌智能识别系统的工作原理、性能需求以及在通行费拆分系统中的应用分析。License plate intelligent recognition belongs to an important part of the expressway toll system,with the help of this system it can reasonably split the toll,provide more quality services,and enhance the level of expressway information construction.This paper elaborates the working principle,performance requirements and application analysis of the license plate intelligent recognition system in the toll splitting system.
