摘  要:水泥基早强混凝土被用于维修高速公路水泥混凝土路面,本文结合南宁市绕城高速公路,利用二次搅拌投料工艺,可以有效解决早强混凝土运输过程中工作性损失过快的问题。并结合室内试验研究外加剂掺量及配合比设计,得到了最适合于高速公路的早强混凝土二次搅拌配合比设计方案,最后把试验方案应用于现场试验路,路用性能和取芯效果良好。The cement-based early strength concrete is usually used to maintain the cement concrete pavement.In this paper,combined with the Nanning City belt expressway,the secondary mixing process was used to solve the problem of the workability lossing of fresh concrete during the transit.The best mix proportion design of early strength concrete with secondary mixing process was obtained with the laboratory experiments,which studied the amount of admixture and the mix proportion design.Finally,the experimental scheme is applied to the on-site experimental pavement,and the pavement performance and the core effect are good.
