摘 要:针对电动车用永磁驱动电机中稀土永磁成本过高的问题,提出了一种新型永磁磁阻电机。采用基于钕铁硼和铁氧体的混合式磁钢转子结构,大幅降低电机制造成本,显著提升电机性价比。并针对新型永磁磁阻电机转矩脉动过大、转矩输出能力不足的问题,进一步提出切向混合式磁钢转子结构,对切向磁钢混合配比及位置放置参数进行优化设计。搭建基于JMAG和PSPICE的MATLAB联合仿真平台,对新型电机的稳态和动态性能进行了仿真实验,实验结果验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the problem of high cost of rare earth permanent magnets in permanent magnet drive motors for electric vehicles,a new type of permanent magnet reluctance motor was studied.By adopting a hybrid magnetic steel rotor structure based on neodymium iron boron and ferrite,the manufacturing cost of the motor was greatly reduced,and the cost performance of the motor was significantly improved.Aiming at the problems of excessive torque ripple and insufficient torque output capability of the new type permanent magnet reluctance motor,a tangential hybrid magnetic steel rotor structure was further proposed,and the tangential magnetic steel mixing ratio and position placement parameters were optimized.By building a JMAG-MATLAB-PSPICE joint simulation platform,a simulation experiment was performed on the steady state and dynamic performance of the new motor.The experimental results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.
