摘　　要：从公租房的演进轨迹入手,解读公租房产生的历史根源及发展现状,分析公租房两大供给模式(实物配租方式和货币补贴方式),总结并分析现存供给模式存在的问题。提出了大数据在公租房供给模式中的应用将成为今后公租房供给模式发展趋势的观点,给公租房供给模式研究提供一种新思路。Starting from the evolution of public rental housing,this paper analyzes the historical causes and development of public rental housing,and analyzes the two major supply modes of public rental housing,namely the real rent allocation method and the monetary subsidy method,and summarizes the existing problems of the existing supply mode.It is proposed that the application of big data in public housing supply mode will become the development trend of public housing supply mode in the future,which provides a new way of thinking for he mode of public rental housing supply.
