摘　　要：选育高配合力、优质、异交特性好的温敏核不育系是培育高产优质高效两系杂交稻的基础。生730S是湖南杂交水稻研究中心选育的温敏核不育系,该不育系米质达部颁2级优质米标准,柱头外露率高达91.7%,配合力好,不育起点温度较低(<23.5℃),2020年通过湖南省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定。所配组合生两优273于2020年通过湖南省审定。The breeding of thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS)lines with good combining ability,fine grain quality and high outcrossing rate is the basis for developing high-yielding,fine-quality and efficient two-line hybrid rice.Sheng 730 S is a new TGMS line in rice developed by Hunan Hybrid Rice Research Center.With the characteristics of fine grain quality,high outcrossing rate(91.7%),good combining ability,low critical sterility-inducing temperature(<23.5℃),it was technically identified by Hunan Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2020,and Shengliangyou 273,derived from Sheng 730 S and R273,was released for commercial production by Hunan Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2020.
