摘 要:通过选取属于不同生理小种的6个稻瘟病菌株研究pH值变化、高温处理、放置温度及放置时间等不同处置条件对其致病力的影响。结果表明,菌株孢子悬浮液pH值升高或降低都可以导致菌株致病力减弱,但pH值升高更有效;大部分稻瘟病菌株孢子悬浮液在4℃放置20 d以上或20℃放置10 d以上致病力均丧失,而菌株P131孢子悬浮液4℃或20℃放置20d仍具有致病能力;大部分菌株在煮沸30min后即丧失致病能力,但菌株HN52与P131在煮沸1h后虽然致病力下降,但仍保持有致病能力,而用灭菌锅在121℃下处理20 min后所有菌株致病力均完全丧失。因此,灭菌锅高温灭菌是灭活稻瘟病菌最直接有效的方式。Six Magnaporth grisea isolates from different races were selected to study the effects of different disposal conditions including change of pH,high temperature treatment and storage temperature and time on the fungal pathogenicity of Magnaporth grisea isolates.The results showed that both increase and decrease in pH value of spore suspension solution weakened the fungal pathogenicity,and the increase of pH value was more effective;for most isolates,the pathogenicity was completely lost if the spore suspension solution was put over 20 days at 4℃or 10 days at 20℃,but for the isolate P131,it still kept some pathogenicity even over 20 days at 20℃;for most isolates,the pathogenicity was completely lost if the spore suspension solution was boiled for 30 minutes or more,but for isolates HN52 and P131,some pathogenicity still existed even the suspension solution was boiled for one hour;for all isolates,the pathogenicity was completely lost at 121℃for 20 minutes in the sterilizer.Therefore,the sterilization with the sterilizer under high temperature is the most effective way to deactivate rice blast fungus.
