摘  要:某烟囱钢内筒检修过程中发生火灾,目前的状况难以满足正常使用和耐久性的要求。根据现场的损伤情况对其进行数值模拟分析,结合计算结果和烟囱本身的其他情况,制定出了可靠的加固方案。最后对加固后的烟囱进行了数值模拟分析,并对烟囱的可靠性进行了合理的评价。A steel inner cylinder for a chimney is burned in maintenance,and its current state can’t meet the requirements of normal use and durability. According to the scene of the injury,the numerical simulation analysis is carried out,and a reliable reinforcement method is worked out combined with the simulation results and other issues itself.The numerical simulation analysis of steel inner cylinder after reinforcement is also carried out and its reliability is evaluated reasonably.
