摘　　要：在新形势下研究中国粮食产业高质量发展问题具有重要的意义。文章基于价值链分析构建中国粮食产业高质量发展内涵框架体系,并利用基于成分数据的SEM模型对2009—2017年中国粮食产业高质量发展状况进行评价,结果显示:(1)对于中国粮食产业高质量发展而言,粮食生产和加工环节的效率指标、粮食外贸环节指标、粮食消费环节居民消费结构与水平、农业生态可持续指标、粮食产业就业人数和收入、粮食产业科技人数等指标更具重要性;(2)从回归结果来看,粮食比较优势、粮食零售价格变动和农业可持续等方面是当前推动中国粮食产业高质量发展急需解决的问题。针对评价结果,文章提出了粮食产业高质量发展的实现路径。It is of great significance to study the high-quality development of China's grain industry under the new situation.This paper is based on the value chain analysis to construct the connotative framework system of the high-quality development of China's grain industry,and uses the SEM model based on component data to evaluate the high-quality development of China's grain industry from 2009 to 2017.The results show that 1)for the high-quality development of China's grain industry,more important are the efficiency index of grain production and processing link,the index of grain foreign trade link,the structure and level of household consumption of grain consumption link,the index of agricultural ecological sustainability,the number of employment and income of grain industry,the number of science and technology of grain industry and so on;2)from the regression results,the problems concerning the comparative advantage of grain,fluctuation of grain retail price,agricultural sustainability,etc.need to be solved urgently to promote the high-quality development of China's grain industry.According to the evaluation results the paper builds a path to realize the high-quality development of China's food industry.
