摘 要:目的探讨婴幼儿颅骨凹陷性骨折微创复位的可行性和疗效。方法回顾分析11例婴幼儿颅骨凹陷性骨折病人的临床资料,病儿年龄8~35个月,均使用专利设计的婴幼儿颅骨凹陷骨折整复器,实施微创复位术。结果术后复位良好9例,中等2例;穿刺孔脑脊液漏4例,无其他手术并发症。随访6个月,病儿无新发神经功能障碍,骨折处无再塌陷,达到良好的治疗和美容效果。结论使用整复器对婴幼儿颅骨凹陷性骨折实施微创复位术,方法简单,疗效安全有效,有较高的实用和推广价值。Objective To explore the feasibility and therapeutric efficacy of minimally invasive reduction surgery for depressed skull fractures in infant. Methods Clinical data of 11 patients with depressed skull fractures were analyzed retrospectively, and the age ranged from 8 to 35 months. Minimally invasive reduction surgery was performed with a specially designed repositor for depressed skull fractures in infants. Results Excellent recovery was achieved in 9 patients and moderate recovery in 2. Cerebrospinal fluid leakage of puncture holes occurred in 4 patients, and no other surgical complications occurred. During a follow-up period of 6 months,no new neurological dysfunction or re-depression of fracture occurred, and achieved good treatment and cosmetic effect. Conclusion Minimally invasive reduction surgery with repositor is easy to use, and safe and effective for depressed skull fractures in infants,having higher practical and promotional value.
