摘 要:医院作为一个公益性服务行业,特别是大型综合三甲医院,不仅要提高诊疗技术水平,满足患者诊疗需求,还要通过改善医疗就诊环境提高患者的就医体验。笔者从整体规划设计、就诊流程再造、系统方案筛选、硬件组成及布局4个方面介绍了排队叫号系统的设计,阐述了综合布线、软件系统安装调试设置方面实施的过程,介绍了护士站管理系统日常操作。该系统的实施消除了插队、围诊等现象,改善了医院就诊环境、患者就医体验,提升了医院服务质量。As a public welfare service industry,the hospital,especially the large-scale tertiary hospital,should not only improve the level of diagnosis and treatment technology,meet the needs of patients,but also improve the medical treatment environment to improve the medical experience of patients.This paper introduces the design of queuing system from four aspects:overall planning and design,treatment process reengineering,system scheme screening,hardware composition and layout.It describes the implementation process of generic cabling and software system installation and debugging,and introduces the daily operation of nurse station management system.The implementation of the system eliminates the phenomenon of queue jumping and peri diagnosis,improves the hospital treatment environment,patient experience,and improves the quality of hospital service.
