摘 要:采用钴基高温合金作为钎料,利用钎焊技术研制立方氮化硼涂层搅拌头。研究了钴基高温合金的微观组织与其对立方氮化硼的润湿性,分析了钴基合金/立方氮化硼界面反应产物与形成机理。结果表明:钴基高温合金对立方氮化硼有良好的润湿性,在高温下与立方氮化硼发生化学反应,生成Ti-N、Ti-B、Cr-B和Cr-N化合物,实现可靠连接。In this paper,the Co-based superalloy is used as the brazing filler metal,and the cubic boron nitride CBN coating stirring head is developed by brazing technology.The micro structure of the Co-based superalloy and its wet ability to CBN are studied.The interface reaction products and formation mechanism of the Co-based alloy/CBN are analyzed.The results show that the cobalt-based superalloy has good wet ability to CBN,and chemically reacts happen with CBN at high temperature to form Ti-N,Ti-B,Cr-B and CrN compounds for reliable connection.
