浅谈都市远郊区域公共体育服务提升——以北京市密云区潮河体育休闲公园为例

摘　　要：以体育强国建设和新型城镇化发展为政策指导,基于北京市密云新城总体规划,对密云区自然文旅资源展开综合梳理,以创新视角策划首都圈延伸至远郊圈的大众时尚体育运动新模式。通过滨水空间体育化改造设计,提高大众对新型体育空间的价值追求和参与度。最终以运营成果推动体育产业、事业互相促进,落实体育强国建设。推进城乡一体化进程中,应顺势深化公共体育基础设施与服务,倡导健康运动生活方式,引进体育赛事与活动,创造幸福生活。Taking the policy of "sports power country" and "the new type of urbanization" as the guidance, based on the overall planning of Miyun New City, the work team comprehensively sort out the natural and cultural tourism resources, create a new sport planning model suit to the capital city and the outer suburbs by innovative perspective. Through the physical transformation design of the waterfront space, the public is encouraged to pursuit and participate in the new sports space. Eventually, the results of operations will be used to promote the mutual promotion of the sports industry and undertakings, and to implement the construction of sports power country. In advancing the process of urban-rural integration, public sports infrastructure and service should be deepened. It advocates a healthy sports lifestyle, introduces sports events and activities, and creates a sustainable and happy life.
