摘　　要：工业遗产作为近现代建筑遗产的代表,是近代历史上最伟大变革的产物和见证,上世纪后期在欧美地区已经得到了普遍重视。中国作为工业化起步较晚的国家,近代工业的发展很不均衡。伴随着抗战爆发和陇海铁路的开通,西部地区近代工业崛起,这些具有特殊意义的工业遗存在现代社会面临着与遗产所在地发展之间的矛盾。文章以我国第一批工业遗产名录中的申新纱厂为例,通过分析遗产特征、评估遗产价值,以社会价值为导向,探讨保护与再利用的相关策略和方法,以发挥工业遗产价值的最大化。As the representative of modern architectural heritage, industrial heritage is the product and witness of the greatest innovation and were paid more attention from last century in developed country. The development of industry in China was very uneven in the process of industrialization. The war of resistance and the opening of the Longhai Railway promoted the rise of modern industry in the western region. These industrial relics with special significance are facing the contradiction with the development of the heritage site in modern society. With the case study on Shenxin Texile Mill which is in first batch of national industrial heritage list, the strategies and methods of protection and reuse should play maximize role under the orientation of cultural value through analysis the characteristics and assessment the value of the heritages.
