摘　　要：目的分析2010-2019年陕西省手足口病暴发疫的情流行病学和病原学特征。方法数据来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统中报告的2010年1月1日至2019年12月31日手足口病发疫情。对手足口病暴发疫情进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2010-2019年陕西省共报告手足口病暴发疫情34起,波及或暴露人口数为19380人,累计病例为679例,平均持续时间为13天,平均罹患率为2.76%。关中地区共报告手足口病暴发疫情最多(19起,55.88%);10~29例规模的疫情有26起(76.47%);疫情集中分布在3-6月和9-11月;手足口病暴发疫情主要发生在幼托儿童,占82.53%。36.67%(11/30)的手足口病暴发疫情是由混合病原引起的。结论2010-2019年陕西省手足口病暴发疫情呈双峰分布,关中地区是报告暴发疫情的高发地区。幼托机构是手足口暴发疫情的主要场所,由混合病原引起的手足口病暴发疫情较常见。Objective To analyze epidemiological and etiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease outbreaks in Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2019.Methods Data of cases reported hand-foot-mouth disease outbreaks in Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2019 were collected from Infectious Disease Surveillance Information System and China Public Health Emergency Management Information System of China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyzed the data.Results During the surveillance season,there was a total of 34 hand-foot-mouth disease outbreaks in Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2019,involving 19380 individuals,reported 679 patients,with the median duration of 13 days and the median incidence of 2.76%.19 hand-foot-mouth disease outbreaks were reported in Guanzhong area.A total of 26(76.47%)outbreaks involved 10 to 29 incident cases,and was observed from March to July and September to November.Kindergarten’s children accounted for 82.53%of the total cases.Laboratory test suggested that 36.67%(11/30)hand-foot-mouth disease outbreaks were caused by Mixed etiology.Conclusion Hand-foot-mouth disease outbreaks in Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2019 have two peaks of incidence and mainly occurre in central regions of Shaanxi Province.Kindergarten is high-risk place for outbreaks.Hand-foot-mouth disease outbreaks caused by mixed etiology are common.
