摘　　要：目的分析2009-2018年武汉市疾病预防控制实验室参加能力验证的情况,为实验室质量管理提供科学依据。方法对武汉市疾病预防控制中心实验室2009-2018年间参加能力验证资料进行描述性分析。结果武汉市疾控实验室2009-2018年间参加能力验证总体次数呈上升趋势;其中,参加上级业务部门组织的能力验证次数最多(63.1%);参加疾病控制和食品及相关产品领域能力验证次数多于其他领域,分别为110次和90次(43.7%和35.75);2009-2018年间疾病控制领域6类主要检测类别均有覆盖,食品及相关产品领域检测类别覆盖率在2015年后均达到100%;实验室化学分析能力验证中采用质谱、液相色谱和原子吸收检测法获得的参数较多,分别获得36个、32个和29个,占总数据量的18.8%、16.8%和15.2%。结论武汉市疾控实验室2009-2018年期间参加能力验证活动的次数及安排合理性都有所提高,但仍需注意加强参加能力验证领域的均匀性,提高参加能力验证主动性,发挥能力验证对提升实验室检测能力的最大作用。Objective To analyze laboratory capacity verification participation of Wuhan Disease Control Laboratory from 2009 to 2018,and to provide scientific basis for laboratory quality management.Methods Descriptive analysis was carried out on the data of laboratory capacity verification participation of laboratory proficiency testing participation from 2009 to 2018.Results The total number of participations in the capacity verification of Wuhan Disease Control Laboratory in 2009-2018 was on the rise.Among them,Wuhan Disease Control Laboratory participated in the most tests organized by the higher-level departments,a total of 159 times,accounting for 63.1%.The number of participations in disease control and food and related product areas were higher than that of other fields,a total of 110 and 90 times,respectively,accounting for 43.7%and 35.7%.During 2009-2018,the six major categories of disease control fields were covered,and the coverage of detection categories in the food and related products reached 100%after 2015.In the laboratory chemical analysis verification,mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography and atomic absorption detection methods were mainly used to obtain parameters,36,32 and 29 data were obtained,respectively,accounting for 18.8%,16.8%and 15.2%of the total data volume.Conclusion The number and arrangement rationality of the Wuhan Disease Control Laboratory participating in the laboratory capacity verification in 2009-2018 have been improved.However,it is still necessary to pay attention to strengthening the uniformity of the fields and improving the initiative to maximize the role of laboratory capacity verification in improving laboratory testing capabilities.
