摘  要:目的了解江西省省级监测点碘缺乏病防治现状,为及时调整江西省碘盐浓度提供科学依据。方法全省10个省级碘缺乏病监测点均根据《江西省省级碘缺乏病监测点监测方案2016版》要求,对小学生和孕妇开展监测,对监测结果进行分析。结果2018年10个监测点共检查2024名学生甲状腺,检出甲状腺肿大者10名,肿大率为0.49%;10个监测点共监测2032份盐样,碘盐合格数为1871份,合格率为92.08%,盐碘均数为25.57 mg/kg,中位数为25.38 mg/kg;共检测学生尿碘460份,中位数为222.09μg/L,小于50.0μg/L占5.00%,大于300μg/L占28.04%;检测孕妇尿碘310份,中位数为169.61μg/L,小于50.0μg/L占2.26%,小于150.0μg/L占44.23%,大于300μg/L占17.74%。结论江西省省级监测点人群碘营养水平总体比较适宜,但也存在个别县(市、区)孕妇碘营养低于适宜水平或大于需要量,需要分类指导。Objective To understand the status of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)at provincial monitoring sites in Jiangxi Province,and to provide a scientific basis for timely adjustment of iodized salt concentration.Methods Monitoring among schoolchildren and pregnant women in 10 provincial monitoring sites was carried out according to the Monitoring Scheme of Iodine Deficiency Disease of Jiangxi Provincial Monitoring Site,2016,and the results were analyzed.Results In 2018,a total of 2024 children in 10 monitoring sites were examined by type-B ultrasonic instrument,and 10 children were goiter,with the goiter rate of 0.49%.2032 salt samples were tested,and the qualification number was 1871,with the qualification rate of 92.08%.The average of salt iodine was 25.57 mg/kg,with the median of 25.38 mg/kg.A total of 460 urine samples of schoolchildren were tested,and the median of urinary iodine was 222.09μg/L,with urinary iodine less than 50μg/L accounted for 5%and urinary iodine more than 300μg/L accounted for 28.04%.310 urine samples of pregnant women were tested,and the median of urinary iodine was 169.61μg/L,with urinary iodine less than 50μg/L accounted for 2.26%,less than 150μg/L accounted for 44.23%and urinary iodine more than 300μg/L accounted for 17.74%.Conclusion The overall iodine nutrition of people in Jiangxi provincial monitoring sites is in an appropriate degree,but in some counties(cities and districts),pregnant woman iodine nutrition is below or more than the appropriate level,which requires classification guidance.
