中国内河游轮旅游安全事件的时空格局及结构特征

摘　　要：以2010—2017年我国旅行社责任险统保数据中的211起游轮旅游安全事件保险案例为数据源,综合利用季节强度指数、季节变动指数、洛伦兹曲线、社会网络分析等研究方法,探究我国游轮旅游安全事件的时空格局以及不同事件类型的空间结构特征。结果表明:1.我国游轮旅游安全事件的时间分布具有明显的季节集中性和不均衡性;2.事件规模的空间分布呈现“两核两带”的格局特征;3.事件类型的空间分布呈现类型集聚和差异性。事故灾难是分布地域最为广泛的事件,公共卫生事件主要分布在我国南方地区,自然灾害与事故灾难的空间分布存在较大的耦合性;社会安全事件的省份分布具有较大的随机性和不确定性。应有针对性地采取安全防控对策以减少游轮旅游安全事件的发生。Based on the data of 211 insurance cases of cruise tourism safety accidents in China’s travel agency from 2010 to 2017,the time-space patterns of cruise tourism safety incidents in China and the spatial structure characteristics of different accidents are explored by comprehensively using research methods such as seasonal variation index,seasonal intensity index,Lorenz curve and social network analysis.The results show that:(1)The temporal distribution of cruise tourism safety accidents in China is obvious seasonal concentration and imbalance;(2)The scale of accidents presents the pattern of“two cores and two belts”in spatial distribution;(3)The spatial distribution of accident types presents the characteristics of clustering and difference.The accident disasters are the most widely distributed,public health accidents are mainly distributed in the southern region of China.There is a large coupling in the spatial distribution between the natural disasters and accident disasters.The distribution of social security incidents in provinces is random and uncertain.Therefore the preventing measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of safety incidents of cruise tourism.
