摘　　要：王万春教授在治疗前列腺疾病方面积累了丰富的经验,临床疗效颇佳,现笔者通过整理四则医案,从病因病机(脾虚湿盛、中焦湿热,肝郁脾虚,脾肾两虚)来分析王万春教授从脾入手论治前列腺疾病的经验,以飧同道。Professor Wang Wanchun has a wealth of clinical experience in treatment of prostate disease,and the clinical effect is pretty good.Through the processing of four medical cases,from the etiology and pathogenesis(spleen deficiency wet-sheng,dampness-heat in middle jiao,liver depression and spleen deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency),authors analyzed the experience of Professor Wang Wanchun in the treatment of prostate disease based on the spleen.
