天楼解毒消肿散外敷治疗糖尿病足临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病足外敷天楼解毒消肿散的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年2月—2019年5月接诊的90例糖尿病足患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方法,将上述入选者进一步划分为对照组(基础治疗+如意金黄散,45例)与观察组(基础治疗+天楼解毒消肿散,45例),对比2组中医证候积分及溃疡面积。结果2组治疗前疼痛、肿势及病灶范围积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗4周后疼痛、肿势及病灶范围积分均比治疗前低,且观察组疼痛、肿势及病灶范围积分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前溃疡面积对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗4周后溃疡面积比治疗前小,且观察组溃疡面积比对照组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外敷天楼解毒消肿散能够帮助糖尿病足患者缓解临床症状,可有效缩小溃疡面积,促使患者疾病转归。Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Tianlou Jiedu Xiaozhong powder in patients with diabetic foot.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with diabetic foot were analyzed retrospectively from February 2019 to May 2019.According to the different treatment methods,the above selected patients were further divided into control group of 45 cases(basic treatment and Ruyi Jinhuang powder)and observation group of 45 cases(basic treatment and Tianlou Jiedu Xiaozhong powder.The TCM syndrome score and ulcer area was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of pain,swelling potential and the range of lesions between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of pain,swelling potential and lesion size after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of pain,tumor potential and lesion scope in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in ulcer area between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the ulcer area of the two groups was smaller than that before treatment,and the ulcer area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Tianlou Jiedu Xiaozhong powder can help diabetic foot patients relieve clinical symptoms,effectively reduce ulcer area,and promote the prognosis of diabetic foot patients.
