益肾养阴活血通络汤治疗消渴病肾病早中期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾养阴活血通络汤治疗消渴病肾病早中期的疗效。方法选择2018年10月—2019年10月治疗的84例消渴病肾病早中期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入益肾养阴活血通络汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效、代谢指标水平以及血清VEGF与BMP-7水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组FPG、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐(ACR)与24 h尿蛋白水平较治疗前低,且与对照组相比,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组VEGF水平较治疗前低,BMP-7水平较治疗前高,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾养阴活血通络汤治疗消渴病肾病疗效确切,可平衡患者机体代谢水平,改善细胞因子表达,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo decoction in the treatment of early and mid-term diabetic nephropathy.Methods 84 patients with early and mid-term diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group from October 2018 to October 2019.The control group was given western medicine treatment,on the basis of the control group,the observation group added Yishen Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo decoction.The clinical efficacy,metabolic index levels,and serum VEGF versus BMP-7 levels of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FPG,urinary microalbumin(ALB)/creatinine(ACR)and 24 h urinary protein were lower in the two groups than before treatment,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo decoction is effective in treating early and mid-term diabetic nephropathy,and can balance the metabolism level and improve the expression of cytokines,which is worthy of clinical application.
