除湿解毒汤联合糖皮质激素治疗大疱性类天疱疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨除湿解毒汤联合糖皮质激素治疗大疱性类天疱疮的临床疗效。方法将82例大疱性类天疱疮患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予糖皮质激素治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上口服除湿解毒汤。比较2组的总有效率;记录2组患者治疗前后激素剂量、皮损面积;检测2组患者治疗前后血清IL-17、IL-1β、IL-6的水平;记录患者治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果研究组的总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后的激素剂量、皮损面积明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后的IL-17、IL-1β、IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.05)且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论除湿解毒汤联合糖皮质激素治疗大疱性类天疱疮的疗效确切,能降低炎症因子,缩小皮损面积,降低不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dehumidification and detoxification decoction combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of bullous pemphigoid.Methods 82 patients with bullous pemphigoid were divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the study group took the dehumidification and detoxification decoction orally.The total effective rate was compared between the two groups.Hormone dose and lesion area were recorded before and after treatment.The serum levels of IL-17,IL-1 beta and IL-6 were measured before and after treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions in the course of treatment was recorded.Result The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hormone dosage and lesion area of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the hormone dose and lesion area in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-17,IL-1 beta and IL-6 in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-17,IL-1 beta and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dehumidification and detoxification decoction combined with glucocorticoid is effective in the treatment of bullous pemphigoid.It can reduce inflammatory factors,skin lesion area and adverse reactions.
