金黄汤冲洗联合负压封闭引流技术护理在蕴毒腐溃型Ⅲ期褥疮中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察金黄汤冲洗联合负压封闭引流技术护理蕴毒腐溃型Ⅲ期褥疮的疗效。方法将2018年1月—2019年10月诊治的60例蕴毒腐溃型Ⅲ期褥疮患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组各30例,2组均采用负压封闭引流技术持续负压吸引。对照组采用0.9%氯化钠注射液冲洗护理,观察组采用金黄汤冲洗护理。2组均护理14 d。结果观察组护理总有效率为96.67%高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。护理后,2组患者WBC、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平及创面疼痛、创面水肿、创面渗出、创面肉芽评分较同组护理前均降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金黄汤冲洗联合负压封闭引流技术护理蕴毒腐溃型Ⅲ期褥疮,能够减轻机体炎症反应,改善临床症状,促进创面愈合,提高护理效果。Objective To observe the efficacy of Jinhuang decoction washing combined with vacuum sealing drainage nursing of stage Ⅲ bedsores of pattern of ulceration due to amassed toxin type.Methods Sixty patients with stage Ⅲ bedsores of pattern of ulceration due to amassed toxin type diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups used vacuum sealing drainage to continue negative pressure attraction.The control group was treated with 0.9%sodium chloride injection,and the observation group was treated with Jinhuang decoction.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.67%which was higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of WBC,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and wound pain,wound edema,wound exudation,and wound granulation scores in the two groups were all lower than those in the same group before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinhuang decoction washing combined with vacuum sealing drainage for stage III bedsores of pattern of ulceration due to amassed toxin type can reduce inflammation,improve clinical symptoms,promote wound healing,and improve nursing effects.
