摘 要:根据气象条件、冷却水温、水质要求等因素对工艺冷却水系统的影响,对上海某计量检测实验楼进行工艺冷却水系统设计。指出上海地区全年有近10个月仅利用自然冷却方式即可获得供水温度为28℃的工艺冷却水,其他时间可接入人工冷源进行补充降温。通过在初投资、能耗方面比较分析,确定采用空调系统回水进行补充降温的方式,为上海地区类似工艺冷却水系统设计提供参考。According to the influence of weather condition,cooling water temperature and requirement of water quality on the process cooling water system,the process cooling water system for one metrology & measurement laboratory building in Shanghai is designed.It's pointed out that it can obtain the process cooling water with supply water temperature of 28℃for nearly 10 months through using natural cooling mode in Shanghai area,and it can be cooled by processing artificial cold source at other time.Through comparison and analysis on initial invest and energy consumption,it’s determined to use the water return of air-conditioning system as the method of supplemental cooling,which provides references for similar design of process cooling water system in Shanghai.
