摘  要:针对当前KJS-Y型降尘器工作过程中集流器口处的负压不足导致吸尘效果不明显的问题,分析得出降尘器叶轮的叶片安装角、叶片扭转角和叶片数为吸尘性能的关键影响因素,将降尘器集流器入口处平均压力值作为评价指标。借助ANSYS-CFX仿真软件,对叶轮的3个参数进行单因素实验和正交实验;并用MATLAB对实验结果进行回归分析,对最优方案进行仿真验证。研究结果表明:3个叶轮参数敏感程度从大到小分别是叶片数、安装角、扭转角,通过回归分析得到了降尘器叶轮最佳参数组合,有效提高了降尘器的吸尘效率。Aiming at the problem that the suction effect is not obvious due to insufficient negative pressure at the collector mouth during the current KJS-Y type dust collector working process,the blade installation angle,blade twist angle,and number of blades of the dust collector impeller were analyzed to be the factors affecting dust collection performance,the average pressure value at the inlet of the dust collector was used as an evaluation index.With the aid of ANSYS-CFX simulation software,the three parameters of the impeller were subjected to single-factor tests and orthogonal tests;MATLAB was used to perform regression analysis on the test results,and the optimal scheme was simulated and verified.The research results show that the sensitivity of the three impeller parameters from large to small is number of blades,installation angle,torsion angle.The optimal parameter combination of the dust collector impeller was obtained through regression analysis,which effectively improves the dust collector’s dust collection efficiency.
