摘 要:为了研究移动刨头截割煤岩过程对刮板链条扭摆振动特性的影响,综合考虑刨头刨削的煤岩落在刮板输送机的装载量以及中部槽弯曲产生附加阻力,建立了刮板链条体系扭摆动力学模型,推导了煤岩装载量数学模型并将其作为载荷激励,采用数值分析方法分析了刮板链条体系的扭摆振动特性以及刮板间动力传递规律。研究结果表明:刮板单元随着煤岩重量的变化、作用位置的不同产生不同程度的扭转角位移,且刮板两侧链条产生了不同程度的张力波动。研究结果为刮板输送机系统的结构稳定性设计提供理论依据。In order to study the effect of plough head cutting coal process on the torsion vibration characteristics of scraper chain,comprehensive consideration the amount of coal rock falling on the scraper conveyor that plough head planed and additional resistance caused by bending of middle groove,torsional dynamic model of scraper chain system was established.The mathematical model of coal and rock loading capacity was deduced and used as load excitation.Torsion pendulum dynamic characteristics of scraper chain system and dynamic tension transfer characteristic of scraper were researched by using numerical analysis method.The research results show that the scraper unit produces different degrees of torsional angular displacement with the change of coal and rock weight and the different action position,and the chain on both sides of the scraper produces varying degrees of tension fluctuations.The research results provide theoretical basis for structural stability design of scraper conveyor system.
