摘 要:煤矿用空气压缩机核心部件是一对相互啮合的螺杆,螺杆加工的关键是快速设计出螺杆铣刀,基于此,通过建立数学函数模型,编制算法程序,在绘图软件中精确绘制螺杆端面廓形曲线。依据成形铣刀刃形和仿真加工技术获得刀具模型,设定参数,用刀具模型仿真加工螺杆,生成螺杆模型,得到螺杆端面廓形曲线。把仿真获得的端面廓形曲线与精确端面廓形曲线进行比较,完成成形铣刀刃形的校验,最后优化铣刀结构即可快速设计出螺杆成形铣刀.The core component of the air compressor for coal mine is a pair of intermeshing screws.The key of screw machining is to design a screw milling cutter quickly.Based on this,the mathematical function model was established,and the algorithm program was compiled to accurately draw the screw end profile curve in the drawing software.According to the shape of the forming milling cutter and the simulation processing,the cutter model was obtained,the parameters were set,and the screw was simulated by the cutter model.The screw model was generated,and the screw end profile curve was obtained.By comparing the simulated end profile curve with the exact end profile curve,the edge shape of the forming milling cutter can be checked.Finally,the screw forming milling cutter can be designed quickly by optimizing the structure of the milling cutter.
