摘 要:双滚筒采煤机在截煤过程中工况恶劣,传统的液压拉杠联接三段机身,存在易松动、易锈蚀等缺陷。因此,设计一种基于锥面配合的新型机身联接方式,利用锥轴联接相邻两段机身,利用连接刚度理论分析对比了两者连接刚度。理论计算和实际应用结果表明,新型机身联接方式可有效地提高机身连接刚度,提升鲁棒性。The working condition of double drum shearer is bad in the process of cutting coal.The traditional hydraulic pull rod is used to connect three sections of fuselage,which has the defect of easily loose and easily corrosion.Therefore,a new connection mode based on conical surface cooperation was designed.It connects two adjacent fuselage sections with a cone axis.The connection stiffness theory was used to analyze and compare the connection stiffness of two parts.The results of theoryetical and practical application show that the new type of fuselage connection can effectively enhance the connection stiffness and improve robustness.
