摘  要:单元自移式超前支架是应用于煤矿综采工作面超前区域的一种支护设备,移架效率高,支护效果好,并且不存在反复支撑巷道顶板、破坏顶板的现象。针对单元自移式超前支架在井下的应用情况及暴露出来的一些问题,提出一种优化设计方案,对超前支架产生问题的原因、改进措施等方面进行详细阐述。通过改进提高超前支架的安全性能及支护性能,满足矿井的使用需求。The unit self-moving advance support is a kind of support equipment applied to the advance area of fully mechanized mining face in coal mine.It has high removal efficiency,good supporting effect,and there is no repeated supporting roadway roof,roof damage phenomenon.An optimization design scheme was proposed for the application of the unit self-moving advance support in the underground and some problems exposed,and the causes and improvement measures of the advance support were expounded in detail.By improving the safety performance and support performance of the advance support,it can meet the needs of the mine.
