摘  要:行走轮轴的改进设计是7LS8型采煤机升级改造项目中的重要部分。针对原行走轮轴使用过程中存在的问题,分析了引起损伤的原因,进行了针对性的改进设计。对改进后的行走轮轴进行了跟踪调研,结果表明其可靠性得到大大提高,相关改进措施和经验可为其他机型行走轮轴的设计提供参考。The improved design of walking wheel axle was an important part of the shearer 7 LS8 improvement project.Aiming at the problems in use of the walking wheel axle before and the possible causes of its damage,several measures were applied in the improved design of walking wheel axle.The results showed that the reliability of the improved walking wheel axle was greatly raised after the tracking investigation.The improvement measures proposed and the experience can be a reference to the design of walking wheel axle for other shearer.
