摘　　要：卧式振动离心机是选煤厂用于处理50 mm以下末煤脱水的关键设备。分析WZYT1200卧式振动离心机在运行中出现问题的原因,通过对离心机中振动系统、传动系统、润滑系统等方面的改进提高设备整体稳定性。The horizontal vibrating centrifuge is the key equipment used in the coal preparation plant to deal with the dehydration of the coal under 50 mm.Analyzed the causes of the problems in the operation of WZYT1200 horizontal vibrating centrifuge,and increases the overall stability of the equipment by improving the vibration system,transmission system,lubrication system and other aspects of the centrifuge.
