摘  要:针对松软突出煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工特点,通过理论分析和试验,设计了Φ73/63.5 mm高压密封高抗扭宽翼片螺旋钻杆。为了解决钻孔施工时钻杆公接头易断裂的问题,设计了应力释放槽及"双顶"接头结构,有效提高了钻杆的抗扭能力。针对随钻水力冲孔施工工艺要求,设计了密封槽结构,可使钻杆密封压力达到35 MPa以上。为了实现钻杆的批量化生产,制定了钻杆翼片自动焊接制造工艺。钻杆静扭试验及打压试验表明,该钻杆抗扭能力满足ZDY3200型钻机的匹配要求,密封能力可达到随钻水力冲孔施工要求。现场应用表明,该钻杆使用效果良好。According to the characteristics of gas drainage and drilling construction in soft outburst coal seam,Φ73/63.5 mm high-pressure sealed high torsion resistant wide flange spiral drill pipe was designed through theoretical analysis and test.In order to solve the problem that the male joint of drill pipe is easy to break during drilling construction,a stress relief groove and a double top joint structure were designed to effectively improve the torsion resistance of drill pipe.Aiming at the requirements of hydraulic drilling construction technology,the structure of sealing groove was designed,the sealing pressure of drill pipe can reach more than 35 MPa.In order to realize the batch production of drill pipe,the automatic welding and manufacturing process of drill pipe flange was developed.The static torsion test and pressure test of drill pipe show that the torsional resistance of the drill pipe can meet the matching requirements of ZDY3200 drilling rig,and the sealing capacity can meet the construction requirements of hydraulic drilling while drilling.The application on site shows that the use result of the drill pipe is good.
