摘 要:为了研究采煤机摇臂传动齿轮的故障诊断方法,采用多传感器在线检测技术,对摇臂振动信号在不同载荷状态下进行时域和频谱分析,获取边频带信号频谱特征,依据边频带特征频率下的振幅结果确定故障齿轮的转动频率。最后对频谱和时域的结果进行综合分析,锁定故障齿轮的准确位置。对某采煤机摇臂齿轮传动系统进行了振动测试与信号分析,结果表明,本振动分析方法可以实现对采煤机摇臂故障齿轮的准确定位,为复杂齿轮传动系统的故障快速定位和现场定点维修提供了方法支持。In order to study the fault diagnosis methods of the transmission gear of the shearer ranging arm,multi sensor online detection technology was applied.Through analyzing the time domain and frequency spectrum of vibration signals of the ranging arm under different load conditions,the spectrum features of side band signals were obtained.Based on the amplitude results of side band characteristic frequency,the rotational frequency of the fault gear was determined.Finally,the exact position of the fault gear was located by synthetically analyzing the frequency spectrum and time domain results of vibration signals.The vibration test and signal analysis of a shearer ranging arm gear transmission system was carried out.The results show that this method of vibration analysis can accurately locate the fault gear of the shearer ranging arm,which provides a method for rapid fault location of complex gear transmission system and site fixed-point maintenance.
