摘  要:为了解决大倾角煤层受支架稳定性制约难以开采等问题,提高煤炭资源回收率,对某矿60°特大倾角工作面地质条件进行分析,并结合工程经验和有限元分析,设计了ZZ4800/21/33型支撑掩护式液压支架,对其稳定性和防倒滑性能进行研究。通过某矿井工作面试生产,在回采期间没有出现较大的倒滑现象,成功实现了大倾角煤层的稳定开采,证明该支架适用于60°以下大倾角煤层的开采。In order to solve the problem of mining difficult due to the stability of support in large-dip coal seam and improve the recovery rate of coal resources,the geological conditions of the working face with an extremely large-dip angle of 60°in a mine were analyzed.Combined with engineering experience and finite element analysis,ZZ4800/21/33 support shield type hydraulic support was designed,and its stability and anti-backsliding performance were studied.Through the interview production in working face of a mine,during the mining there was no significant backsliding phenomenon,and the stable mining of the large-dip coal seam was successfully achieved.It is proved that the support is suitable for the mining of the large-dip coal seam below 60°.
