摘 要:传统DS证据理论的主要思想是利用先验知识来预测事件发生的概率,在进行矿用带式输送机故障信息数据融合时,通常会进行归一化处理,弱化了故障证据焦元间的特征冲突,常常导致出现错误的结果。结合矿用带式输送机故障的常见问题,对传统的DS证据理论进行了改进,增加了不同故障的可信度,并设定故障融合预判规则来更加准确地解决冲突问题。测试结果表明,改进后的DS证据理论可以更加充分地考虑不确定条件下的多故障证据融合问题,能够获得较好的矿用带式输送机故障决策判断。The main idea of traditional DS evidence theory is to use prior knowledge to predict the probability of event occurrence.In the process of fault information data fusion of mine belt conveyor,normalization processing is usually carried out,which weakens the feature conflict between evidence focus elements and leads to wrong conclusion.Combined the common problems of mine belt faults,improved the traditional DS evidence theory,added the reliability of different faults,and set up a fault fusion prejudgement rule to solve the conflict problem more accurately.The test results show that the improved DS evidence theory can fully consider the problem of multi fault evidence fusion under the uncertain conditions,and can obtain the better fault decision judgment for mine belt conveyor.
