摘 要:针对液压支架布局分散、协同作业和远程监控管理效率低等问题,设计了一种基于S7-1200 PLC和CAN的液压支架远程监控系统。采用主从交互式CAN通信网络,S7-1200 PLC为通信中继和现场主控制器,通过CAN报文实时监控支架电液系统运行状态;带CAN控制器的STM32为从控制器,利用中断响应控制CAN通信、信号采样和电磁阀动作。该系统可实现液压支架的远程监控管理,对提高综采面机电设备协同作业效率具有一定的参考价值。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of collaborative operation and remote monitoring and management for scattered hydraulic supports,a remote monitoring system of hydraulic support has been designed based on S7-1200 PLC and CAN.The master-slave interactive CAN communication network was used.S7-1200 PLC is the communication relay and master controller,which can monitor the running state of the electro-hydraulic system in real time through CAN message.STM32 with CAN controller is the slave controller,which controls the CAN communication,signal sampling and solenoid valve action with interrupt response.The system can realize the remote monitoring and management of the hydraulic support,and has a certain reference value for improving the efficiency of the cooperative operation of the mechanical and electrical equipments within the fully mechanized mining face.
