小儿智力糖浆对注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿多动指数及血清微量元素钙、铁、锌的影响

摘　　要：目的研究小儿智力糖浆对注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿多动指数及血清微量元素钙、铁、锌的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月收治的60例ADHD患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组给予心理-行为矫正治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上进行小儿智力糖浆治疗,均治疗3个月。比较治疗前后2组Conner行为评定量表评分和观察组血清微量元素Ca、Fe、Zn水平,以及治疗后2组疗效和观察组不良反应发生率。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组Conner行为量表评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后观察组血清微量元素Ca、Zn水平升高,Fe水平则降低;与对照组相比,治疗后观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(76.67%);观察组不良反应发生率较低(6.67%)。结论小儿智力糖浆联合心理-行为矫正治疗可提高ADHD患儿的血清微量元素钙、铁、锌水平,降低多动指数,且疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of Xiaoer Zhili Syrup on hyperactivity index and serum trace elements calcium,iron and zinc in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 60 children with ADHD admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with psycho-behavioral correction,while the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Zhili syrup on the basis of the control group for 3 months.The Conner behavior rating scale scores and the serum trace elements Ca,Fe,Zn levels in the observation group were compared before and after treatment,as well as the curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group.Results Compared with the pre-treatment group,the scores of Conner behavior scale in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the level of serum trace elements Ca,Zn in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,Fe in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate(93.33%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(76.67%).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(6.67%).Conclusion The combination of Xiaoer Zhili syrup and psycho-behavioral correction can improve the serum trace elements calcium,iron and zinc levels of ADHD children,reduce the hyperactivity index,and has a significant effect with few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
