益气活血法与化痰通络法治疗脑卒中的比较

摘　　要：目的对比益气活血法与化痰通络法治疗脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取收治的脑卒中患者72例,纳入时间为2017年3月—2019年3月。按照入院编号随机分为2组各36例,对照组采用化痰通络法治疗,试验组采用益气活血法治疗,评定临床疗效。结果试验组治疗有效率为97.2%,略高于对照组的91.7%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均降低,且试验组治疗3个月的积分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的NIHSS评分降低、ADL评分增高,且试验组评分优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论益气活血法与化痰通络法治疗脑卒中疗效相当,但前者能进一步改善神经功能、提高日常生活能力,推荐优先选用。Objective To compare the clinical effects of qi-invigorating and blood-activating therapy and phlegm-resolving and collateral-dredging therapy in the treatment of stroke.Methods 72 stroke patients admitted to our hospital were enrolled from March 2017 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups.36 cases were treated by resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals as control group,while 36 cases were treated by invigorating qi and activating blood circulation as experimental group.The clinical effect was evaluated.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.2%,which was slightly higher than 91.7%in the control group,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group for 3 months(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score and ADL score of the two groups decreased,and the score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The invigorating qi and activating blood circulation method is as effective as resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals method in the treatment of stroke,but the former can further improve nerve function and daily living ability,so it is recommended to be preferred.
