摘　　要：目的探究耳穴埋豆联合基于互动健康教育模式护理干预对小儿骨科术后疼痛及健康知识通晓情况的影响。方法纳入2018年5月—2019年11月收治的60例骨折患儿,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。2组患儿均给予手术治疗,对照组术后给予常规治疗及护理,观察组术后在对照组的基础上给予耳穴埋豆联合基于互动健康教育模式护理干预,2组均连续治疗和干预3 d。比较2组术后3 d疼痛程度的差异。比较2组术后7 d Mayo评分的差异。统计并比较2组术后3 d遵医、健康知识通晓情况、功能锻炼时心理反应及合作程度。结果2组术后6~72 h VAS评分随时间延长呈下降趋势,术后24 h、48 h及72 h观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组术后7 d Mayo评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组患儿术后3 d遵医、健康知识通晓情况、功能锻炼时心理反应及合作程度明显高于或优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆联合基于互动健康教育模式护理干预可显著减轻骨科术后患儿疼痛,提高对疾病知识的掌握度,促进患儿积极主动地配合治疗及功能锻炼,利于上肢关节功能恢复。Objective To explore the curative effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with nursing intervention based on interactive health education model on surgery postoperative pain and health knowledge in children.Methods 60 children with fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the method of random number table.The two groups were given surgical treatment,the control group was given routine treatment and nursing after operation,the observation group was given auricular acupoint pressing combined with nursing intervention based on interactive health education mode on the basis of the control group after operation.The two groups were treated and intervened for 3 days.The difference of postoperative pain degree 3 days between the two groups was compared.The difference of Mayo score between the two groups on the 7 days after operation was compared.The two groups were compared in terms of compliance 3 days after surgery,health knowledge,psychological response and cooperation during functional exercise.Results VAS scores in the two groups showed a decreasing trend with the extension of time at 6~72 h after surgery,and VAS scores in the observation group at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The Mayo score at 7 days after operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).In the observation group,3 days after the operation,children’s compliance with the doctor,health knowledge,psychological reaction during functional exercise and cooperation degree were significantly higher or better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing combined with nursing intervention based on interactive health education model can significantly reduce the postoperative pain of children after orthopedic surgery,improve the mastery of disease knowledge,promote the active cooperation of treatment and functional ex
