摘　　要：在社会主义新时代,高校工会要把握好工会工作的新形势、新任务和新要求,做好维护职工权益的主责主业,在依法维护教职工合法权益的实践中,有效克服面临的困境和难题,积极构建完善的维权机制,提升维权能力,切实履行好维护教职工权益的基本职能。Trade unions in colleges and universities should grasp the new situation,tasks and requirements in the new era,guaranteeing the rights and interests of the staff.In the process of practice,it is important for trade unions to effectively overcome the difficulties,actively build the rights protection mechanism,enhance professional abilities and perform the basic functions of safeguarding the rights and interests of the staff.
