摘  要:对蠕墨铸铁缸盖在生产中出现的蠕虫状石墨(VG/CG)异化缺陷情况进行跟踪分析,发现其产生的主要原因是砂型中S元素渗入铸件表面造成的。通过采取提高涂料涂刷质量、增加爆发面加工余量和采用优质防渗S涂料等措施,不合格品数量大幅减少,使铸件的总不合格率由21.3%降低到3.1%,对生产实践及提高铸件质量具有重要意义。The CV dissimilation defects of vermicular graphite cast iron cylinder head in production were tracked and analyzed,and it was found that the main reason was that S element penetrated into the surface of the casting.By taking measures such as improving the coating quality,increasing the processing allowance of the blasting surface,and adopting high quality anti-seepage S coating,the quantity of unqualified products with this defect is greatly reduced,and the total unqualified rate of casting is reduced from 21.3%to less than 3.1%,which is of great significance to the production practice and the improvement of casting quality.
