摘  要:为解决云南小水电消纳问题,提出解决小水电消纳问题的工程通用化解决方案。首先分析了小水电接入地区的低频振荡问题,研究了小水电对系统阻尼特性的影响机理。然后详细分析了利用静止无功补偿器(static var compensator,SVC)提高区域内和区域间低频振荡阻尼的原理,并提出了大量小水电接入地区SVC的优选接入地点,通过两机四区域的简单网络验证了最优接入点。最后以云南滇西北小水电送出为例,进行仿真分析。结果表明,SVC可以有效提高小水电输送能力,并验证了安装地点的正确性和有效性。A general engineering solution was proposed to solve the problem of small hydropower consumption in Yunnan.Firstly,low-frequency oscillation in small hydropower interconnection area was analyzed,and the mechanism of impact produced by small hydropower upon system damping characteristics was studied.Then,the principle of improvement of intra and inter-regional low-frequency oscillation damping through static var compensator(SVC)was analyzed in detail.Furthermore,optimal interconnection locations were proposed for SVC in areas of massive small hydropower,and optimal interconnection points were verified through a simple network of two machines used in four areas.Finally,through simulation analysis of the output of a small hydro power station located in northwest Yunnan,it was proved that SVC could effectively raise small hydropower transmission capability,and the correctness and validity of the installation location was verified.
