摘　　要：对"一带一路"背景下广西体育非物质文化遗产的传承与保护进行了梳理,以宾阳炮龙体育非物质文化遗产为个案,指出宾阳炮龙文化的遗产价值。针对宾阳炮龙发展面临政府主导力度有待提升、缺乏明确的配套管理体系、城镇化水平低使得炮龙文化的发展与传播受限等困境,提出政府做好引导工作、助推炮龙文化的发展,成立宾阳炮龙传承管理与研究机构并构建评估体系,提升城镇化水平,促进炮龙文化的国际交流与传播等策略。Through looking into documentations,expert interviews and other research methods,this paper has sorted out protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritages of sports in Guangxi under the background of the"Belt and Road",and has pointed out the heritage value of Binyang Firecracker Dragon culture by taking it as a case for study.Being specific to the predicaments existing in the development of Binyang Firecracker Dragon culture,such as yet-to-be elevated governmental dominant,lacking definite supporting management system,development and propagation are limited due to low urbanization,etc.,it has proposed that the government should make guidance well done,powerfully promote its development and establish organizations for management and research on its inheritance,and simultaneously carry through such strategies as implementation of appraisal system,elevation of urbanization level and promotion of international exchange and propagation.
