摘 要:通过对臂架初始几何缺陷的统计与整理,可将臂架初始几何缺陷划分为整体缺陷与局部缺陷。以750 t履带起重机63 m臂架为例,研究含几何缺陷的臂架有限元建模方法。通过等效载荷法模拟臂架的整体缺陷。重新定义一致缺陷模态法的模态导入比例系数和缺陷幅值,结合模态的组合形式模拟各种可能的局部缺陷。由此构建含整体缺陷和局部缺陷的臂架有限元模型对比双重非线性稳定性计算结果,比较各种缺陷模态下模型的极限载荷,最终确定最不利的缺陷模态,为含几何缺陷的臂架非线性稳定性计算提供借鉴与参考。Based on statistics and sorting out of initial geometric defects of lattice booms,initial geometric defects of lattice booms were divided into integral defects and local defects.Taking the 63 m boom of 750 t crawler crane as the example,this paper studied the finite element modeling method of boom with geometric defects.The proportional coefficient for mode input and the amplitude of defects in the consistent imperfect buckling analysis method were redefined,and various possible local defects were simulated with mode combinations.The finite element model of the boom was constructed for simulation of defects on the whole and local positions.Calculation results of double nonlinear stability were compared,so did limit loads of model the under various defect modes.Finally,the most unfavorable defect mode was determined.This paper can serve as a reference for the nonlinear stability calculation of boom with geometric defects.
