摘　　要：针对桥式偏轨箱形梁起重机使用时出现的小车脱轨问题,通过理论分析和强度计算,在起重机小车上加装安全钩以防止小车脱轨。加装安全钩后的起重机运行正常,未发生干涉或影响起重机使用性能的情况,解决了小车脱轨安全隐患,为该类型的起重机整改提供参考。In this paper,theoretical analysis and strength calculation were carried out for derailment of trolleys when using bias-rail box girder cranes,and a safety hook was installed on the trolley of the crane to prevent derailment.After installing the safety hook,the crane operated normally without interfering or affecting the crane’s performance.Potential safety hazard of derailment was eliminated,and this paper can serve as a reference for the rectification of cranes of this type.
