摘  要:目的:研制适合脑血管病的量表测验系统,实现量表测验的计算机化,为脑血管病的防治提供全面有效的量化数据支持。方法:以脑血管病的中西医基础理论为指导,结合计算机技术及人工智能技术,实现可适应不同规模医疗机构的可扩展脑血管量表测评系统的开发。结果:实现了内嵌脑血管各病程中的9大类92个量表的计算机测评系统的开发,能有效应用于各种医疗场景。结论:该系统可有效帮助各级医疗机构开展脑血管病的预防、判定、患者生活质量评测、康复效果评测等一系列项目,在减少医护人员工作量的同时也提高了工作效率。Objective: Developing a scale test system for cerebrovascular disease, to realize the computerization of scale test, and to provide comprehensive and effective quantitative data support for the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Methods: Guided by the basic theory of Chinese and Western medicine of cerebrovascular disease, combined with computer technology and artificial intelligence technology, the development of expandable cerebrovascular scale evaluation system which can adapt to different scales of medical institutions was realized. Results: The development of the computer evaluation system of 9 categories and 92 scales embedded in the cerebrovascular disease course was realized, which can be used in various medical scenarios effectively. Conclusion: The system can effectively help medical institutions at all levels to carry out a series of projects, such as the prevention and determination of cerebrovascular disease, the evaluation of patients quality of life, the evaluation of rehabilitation effect, and so on.
