摘 要:目的:核医学工作场所中的放射源属于"开放型",例如注射针管里的锝99注射液(可视作点源),PET/CT校正棒源(可视作圆柱源)等,其对周围的γ辐射剂量率(比释动能率)的理论值由数学模型来计算(比释动能率计算公式)。开发此软件的目的在于可以方便直观地完成各形状的γ放射源的剂量率理论值的计算,为进一步结合实际剂量率的测量和后续的一系列科研工作提供实用的计算工具,并为核医学日常工作中的辐射防护提供理论数据支持。方法:介绍γ放射源剂量率计算公式,按放射源体形态分类,例如点源、线源、圆柱体面源等。通过MatlabGUI组件完成操作界面设计,具有选择和输入参数功能,在后台对数学公式编程,执行数据处理,最终在操作界面上输出结果。结果:软件计算的结果与实际按数学公式人工计算结果做对比,结果显示准确无误。结论:点状源剂量率与测量距离平方成反比。线状放射源如果近距离测量则不能视为点源,而且测量位置不同,剂量率差值较大。在操作PET/CT校正棒源时所受辐射剂量最小的位置为Q3位置。使用γ剂量率计算软件可以大量减轻剂量率理论值计算工作负担。Objective:The radioactive sources in the workplace of nuclear medicine are"open",such as technetium-99 injection in injection needle tube(which can be regarded as point source)and PET/CT testing bar source(which can be regarded as cylinder source).The theoretical value ofγradiation dose rate(kerma rate)to the surrounding is calculated by a mathematical model(calculation formula of kerma rate).The purpose of developing this software is to calculate the theoretical value of dose rate ofγradiation sources with various shapes conveniently and intuitively,provide a practical calculation tool for measurement combined with the actual dose rate further and a series of subsequent scientific research work,and provide the theoretical data support for radiation protection in the daily work of nuclear medicine.Methods:The calculation formula of dose rate ofγradiation source is introduced,and the radiation sources are classified by shape,such as point source,line source and cylinder surface source.Matlab GUI component is used to complete the design of operation interface,which has the function of selecting and inputting parameters.The mathematical formula is programmed in the background,and the data processing is executed.Finally,the results are output on the operation interface.Results:The results of software calculation are compared with the actual results manually calculated by the mathematical formula,and the results are accurate.Conclusion:The results show that the dose rate of point source is inversely proportional to the square of measurement distance.The linear radiation source cannot be regarded as a point source if it is measured in a short distance,the measurement position is different and the difference of dose rate is big.When the PET/CT testing bar source is operated,the position with the minimum radiation dose is Position Q3.The workload of calculation of the theoretical value of dose rate can be greatly reduced by the calculation software ofγdose rate.
