摘　　要：目的:拓展医疗服务模式,突破空间限制,解决"三长一短"问题,降低患者就医成本,提高医疗服务智能化与便捷度。方法:通过构建覆盖诊前、诊中、诊后的智慧医疗服务平台,实现智能导诊、视频问诊、在线咨询、移动支付、送药到家、检查检验预约等功能。结果:该平台显著扩大了优质医疗资源覆盖范围,深挖了专家服务潜力,节约了患者就诊时间与成本,扩大了医院社会影响力。结论:智慧医疗服务平台可有效改善患者就医体验,提升医生工作效能,促使优质医疗资源的享有更加公平可及。Objective:To expand the medical service mode,break through the space limitation,solve the problem of"three long and one short",reduce the medical treatment cost of patients,and improve the intelligence and convenience of medical service.Methods:By constructing the intelligent healthcare service platform covering services before,during and after diagnosis,the functions such as intelligent guidance,video inquiring,online consulting,mobile payment,drug delivery to home and examination and inspection appointment are realized.Results:The platform significantly expands the coverage of high-quality medical resources,explores the service potential of experts,saves the time and cost of doctor visiting of patients,and expands the social effect of hospital.Conclusion:The intelligent medical service platform can effectively improve the medical experience of patients,improve the work efficiency of doctors,and promote the fair and accessible access of high-quality medical resources.
