摘　　要：目的:分析微信公众平台对重症患儿家属实施以人文关怀为基础的护理宣教效果。方法:选取2017年7月至2018年7月延安大学附属医院诊治的PICU(儿童重症监护病房)92例重症患儿家属为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组及研究组,每组46例。对照组采用常规宣教护理,研究组给予基于微信公众平台的人文关怀基础相关护理宣教。比较两组患儿家属的心理状态及护理满意度。结果:干预后,研究组患儿家属SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属在专业态度、治疗照护、信息获取等方面的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重症患儿家属给予微信公众平台的人文关怀护理宣教,能有效改善其心理状态,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of WeChat public platform on nursing education based on humanistic care for family members of children with severe illness.Methods:92 family members of children with severe illness in PICU(Children’s Intensive Care Unit)from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine education and nursing,while the research group was given basic nursing education based on WeChat public platform.The psychological status and nursing satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the family members of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care and basic nursing education given by family members of children with severe illness on WeChat public platform can effectively improve their psychological state and nursing satisfaction.
