摘 要:介绍了电弧炉与中频炉双联熔炼生产铸铁件的工艺特点及优势分析,剖析电弧炉与中频炉熔炼过程及特点要求,结合两者优势从环保、节能、生产成本、铸件质量各方面细致剖析,工艺具备处理铁液量大、成分精准、铁液纯净度高,变质基础优异等优势,兼容大批量生产与单件小批量生产方式的特点,是未来实现绿色、节能、智能铸造的一种新工艺。Introduces the process characteristics and advantages analysis of electric arc furnace and intermediate frequency furnace dual melting production of iron castings.The melting process and characteristic requirements of electric arc furnace and intermediate frequency furnace are analyzed.Combined with the advantages of them,the environmental protection,energy saving,production cost and casting quality are analyzed in detail.This process has the advantages of large amount of iron water treatment,accurate composition,high purity of hot metal,excellent metamorphic foundation etc.The feature of compatible with mass production and single piece small batch production,is a new technology to realize green,energy saving and intelligent casting in the future.
